ORDER
THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for Plaintiff
filed by Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. and Kyle R. Waldner, Esq. It appearing that all
parties have been duly served and that movants have complied with the requirements of V.I. S.
CT. R. 211.1.16(b) and V.I. R. CIV. P. 6-5, and the premises having been considered, it is
hereby:
ORDERED that the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for Plaintiff is GRANTED and that
Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. and Kyle R. Waldner, Esq. are relieved and absolved of
further responsibility in this matter; and it is further
ORDERED that this matter is stayed for sixty (60) days from the date of entry of this
Order to afford Plaintiff time to retain new counsel; and it is further
