ORDER
Before the Court is the Government’s Withdrawal of its Motion to Intervene filed on July
10, 2020. In support of its motion to withdraw, the Government points to its recent settlement of
its separately filed action against Defendant the Estate of Jeffery E. Epstein. Based on the
foregoing, it is hereby
ORDERED that the Government’s Withdrawal of its Motion to Intervene is GRANTED;
and it is further
ORDERED that a copy of this Order shall be served on all counsel of record.
