ORDER
THIS MATTER came before the undersigned for a brief status conference. After
discussing the status of the case, the undersigned directed counsel to meet and confer
and jointly file a notice on or before Friday, August 5, 2022, stating whether the parties
would like to present oral argument on the Defendants' motion to dismiss or on the
motion to intervene filed by the Government of the Virgin Islands. The parties were also
to notify the Court if there was any consensus regarding the Defendants' statement on
the record that they would like to file a response to the motion to intervene. Pursuant
to Rule 85 of the Virgin Islands Rules of Civil Procedure, the undersigned's directives
are hereby reduced to writing. The parties are DIRECTED to SERVE and FILE a NOTICE
