ORDER
THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Co-Executors of the Estate of Jeffrey E.
Epstein, Darren K. Indyke and Richard D. Kahn’s Motion for Award of Attorneys’ Fees and
Incorporated Memorandum of Law in Support Thereof. Having considered the Motion, the Court
will grant the same.
Accordingly, it is hereby
ORDERED that the Co-Executors of the Estate of Jeffrey E. Epstein, Darren K. Indyke
and Richard D. Kahn’s Motion for Award of Attorneys’ Fees and Incorporated Memorandum of
Law in Support Thereof is GRANTED; and it is further
ORDERED that reasonable attorneys’ fees in the amount of One Hundred Twelve
Thousand Two Hundred Sixteen Dollars and Ninety Cents ($112,216.90) is hereby awarded in
favor of the Co-Executors of the Estate of Jeffrey E. Epstein, Darren K. Indyke and Richard D.
Kahn and against the Government of the U.S. Virgin Islands; and it is further
ORDERED that a copy of this Order shall be directed to counsel of record.
