THIS CAUSE is before the Court on Defendant Sarah Kellen’s Motion to Adopt Co-

Defendant Jeffrey Epstein’s Motion to Dismiss and Reply. The Court has reviewed the motion and

the record and is otherwise fully advised in the premises. Accordingly, it is hereby

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Defendant Sarah Kellen’s Motion to Adopt is GRANTED

and Ms. Kellen is given leave to adopt as her own: (1) co-defendant Jeffrey Epstein’s Motion to

Dismiss Plaintiff’s Complaint and Supporting Memorandum and Exhibits (DE 13); and (2) co-

defendant Jeffrey Epstein’s Reply in Opposition to Plaintiff’s Response in Opposition to Epstein’s

Motion to Dismiss (DE 31).

DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at West Palm Beach, Florida, Palm Beach County,
