PLAINTIFF’S REPLY TO DEFENDANTS’ MEMORANDUM OF LAW IN
RESPONSE TO PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR LEAVE
TO PROCEED ANONYMOUSLY [DE 30]
The parties have reached an agreement on a form Anonymity Order, which
includes the condition that a Non-Disclosure Agreement be signed by any non-party
provided with the identity of Plaintiff.
The parties herein jointly request an additional ten (10) days, due to the
Thanksgiving Holiday, to submit the Agreed Order on Anonymity as well as what
the parties expect to be an Agreed Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Based on the foregoing, parties respectfully request that the Court permit the
parties ten additional days to submit the proposed order and accompanying Non-
Disclosure Agreement.
