             In accordance with Local Rule 4.B of the Special Rules Governing the Admission and

     Practice of Attorneys of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the

     undersigned respectfully moves for the admission of Michael D. Shumsky, of the law firm of

     Kirkland & Ellis LLP (655 15th Street N.W., Washington, D.C. 20005, Telephone: 202-879-

     5228), for purposes of limited appearance as co-counsel on behalf of Defendant Jeffrey Epstein

     herein, in the above-styled case only, and pursuant to Rule 2B, Southern District of Florida,

     CM/ECF Administrative Procedures, to permit Michael D. Shumsky to receive electronic filings

     in this case, and in support thereof states as follows:

             I.         Michael D. Shumsky is not admitted to practice in the Southern District of Florida

     and is a member in good standing of the bars of the State of Connecticut and District of

     Columbia, and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States

     Courts of Appeals for the Second Circuit, Seventh Circuit, Ninth Circuit, District of Columbia

     Circuit, and Federal Circuit, and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
