                 ORDER EXTENDING TIME TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT

          THIS CAUSE comes before the Court on Defendant Jeffrey Epstein’s Opposed Motion to

  Align Response Date (DE 8), filed August 8, 2008. To date, Plaintiff has not filed a response.

  The Court has carefully considered the motion and is otherwise fully advised in the premises.

          It is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant’s Motion (DE 8) is

  GRANTED. Defendant shall answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint by September 4,

  2008.

          DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County,
