1. Plaintiff’s Motion to Transfer is hereby GRANTED. The above-styled action shall
be transferred to Judge Marra’s Division where it can be consolidated with the pending multiple
cases in the eleven similar actions, which have been consolidated under Doe No. 2 vs. Jeffrey
Epstein, Case No. 08-80119-MARRA/JOHNSON.
